Meet Rachel

Health & Wellbeing 

Rachel has been in the health & fitness industry for over 25 years. She takes a fun approach to her profession with her Canadian sense of humour. She is also very good at mixing the sessions up so you never get board.

 

She graduated as a Level 4 Personal Trainer with Premier Global, qualified as a yoga teacher in 2010 and  in 2015 continued to study  Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. 

​

She also has experience with hormonal imbalances, post and pre natal, functional training, core strength, weight loss,  and those with special medical conditions such as cancer recovery, sciatica, Diabetes and MS.

​

Rachel has two children, age 7 and 19, both delivered by c-secton, and at the age of 49 understands the obstacles recovering from pregnancy, but also the years entering peri menopause.

 

Rachel says "I focused more on core strength after baby number two and feel my abs are better in my 40s than my 30s for doing so. It is never too late to start an exercise program, no matter your age"
