24 hour group fast with Rachel

I went to the supermarket and of course they are out of avocados! So it will have to be olives, red pepper, cottage cheese and some guacamole to break my fast. Its very easy to go on a full binge after fasting, so try to stay relaxed.... stick with some healthy fats and proteins... peppers are also low carb. Dont break it with nuts or fruit. A bone or veg broth would also be a good one. You could also just have a protein shake as long as its clean with no sugars.
